10:30-10:45 stretching
10:45-11:00 Jump drills and any tumbling warm ups
11:00-11:10 break
11:10-12:30pm teach cheer (Jess)
12:30-1:00 lunch
1:00-3:00 Teach Dance (Tesla)
3:00-4:30 Tryouts
I want 3 jumps (Toe Touch, left or right herkie, jump of your choice), cheer, and dance and cheer resume.
Minor stunting may be done be prepared for it.
OTHER SCHOOLS APPAREL is not appropriate.
